5. Learn what not to do and what not to say, and if you mess up own it - be kind to yourself

6. Be an example - accountability & transparency

7. Advocate for others - use your privilege to help those with less privilege

8. Don't be indifferent - indifference perpetuates harm

9. Challenge systems - normalize revolutionary thoughts

10. And don't pretend to know it all - be an unapologetic student/steward of equity centered humanity
